POLICY GOVERNING THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS THROUGH TICKETPOP

Our goal at caribbeancinemas.com is to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on the Caribbean Cinemas website through the use of TicketPop. METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Tickets for movies at participating Caribbean Cinemas theatres may be purchased through the TicketPop service using MasterCard, Visa & BPPR ATH card. Tickets must be picked up at automatic dispensing machines that will be located at participating theatres. The same card that was used to purchase the tickets on caribbeancinemas.com must be used at the ticket dispenser in order to pick up the tickets.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:

TicketPop sells tickets on behalf of Caribbean Cinemas which means TicketPop does not set the ticket prices or determine seating availability. Tickets sold through TicketPop are sold exclusively on-line. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for popular or debuting movies may sell out quickly. TicketPop does not control this inventory or its availability.

In order to ensure seating, we recommend that tickets be picked up at participating Caribbean Cinemas theatres at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the showtime posted at caribbeancinemas.com. In the case of movies/showtimes that are customarily in high demand, thirty (30) minutes advance pick up is recommended. TicketPop in no way guarantees that seating acceptable to the consumer is available at the time the tickets are picked up at participating Caribbean Cinemas theatres.

Caribbean Cinemas reserves the right of admission and to determine when and where patrons may be seated. Tickets will be valid only for the date and time indicated in the ticket.

SERVICE CHARGE:

Tickets purchased on caribbeancinemas.com through TiketPop are subject to a per ticket non-refundable service charge payable to TicketPop of one dollar ($1.00) per ticket. TicketPop reserves the right to increase such service charge upon notice to users through this website, email or any other means.

CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS:

Movies are sometimes cancelled or postponed by the Caribbean Cinemas theatres management due to technical difficulties, or other situations. If a showing of a movie is cancelled, please contact your participating Caribbean Cinemas theatre’s management for a raincheck. Rainchecks will be valid for ten days and only for the same movie for which the ticket was originally purchased. If the movie ceases to be shown before ten days, the raincheck holder may opt for another movie that has been showing for more than a week, subject to availability.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your movie selection and corresponding showtime. Policies set forth by Cinemas Management of P.R., Inc. establish that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and prohibit TicketPop from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, even if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

If you fail to pick up any tickets purchased through TicketPop, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of such tickets.

SENIOR CITIZEN AND OTHER DICOUNTS:

Pursuant to Caribbean Cinemas’ policy, persons who are sixty (60) years of age or older, will be granted a senior citizen discount on tickets to movies showing at Caribbean Cinemas theatres. In order to receive such discounts, consumers must present proper photo identification at the time of admission to the movie.

University students and ladies may also enjoy discounts on certain showings pursuant to Caribbean Cinemas' policies which may be changed from time to time. Students must present proper university issued photo identification at the time of admission.

LIMITATIONS ON AMOUNT OF TICKETS PER CUSTOMER:

When purchasing tickets on caribbeancinemas.com, you are limited to six tickets for each event. This policy is in effect to discourage fraud and unfair ticket buying practices.
